Standard shipping to the mainland and the Balearic Islands costs €5 (free on orders over €60), with a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. Express shipping costs €7 (free from €140), with delivery in 24 hours if you live less than 600 km from Seville, or 24/72 hours if you live further away. Express orders depart at 3:00 PM. You have up to 14 days from the time you receive your order at home to return or exchange an item, provided it has not been used. You just need to send an email to devolucioneslua@gmail.com.

In physical stores, the period for returns or exchanges is 7 days from the date of purchase, also with the product unused.
